All the classes will be geared towards different topics that affect all of us. You will learn which essential oils, healthy foods and other health practices that will garantee success for you and your family as you seek out to gain a healthier lifestyle.
Our classes are taught by a Doctor, a Nurse, a Homeschool Mom, and You - as your experience is welcomed in this environment, we all have health journey and a health story to share. Each class will be 1.5 hours long and include a speaker/topic, a make n take applicable to the topic, healthy coffee/tea bar, fellowship and food sampling when applicable. You will walk away feeling supported, encouraged, excited and empowered to make the positive health changes to truly start living the "Essential Life" you were intended for.

It's become very apparent we live in a toxic world and it's not getting better. With the daily stressors of toxins including drugs/medication we need answers on how to take care of our bodies through more natural methods. The essential oils have been around since biblical days as they served a great purpose to help heal and aid in biblical issues of the day. Fast forward to modern day we can and do get to enjoy the same opportunities of essentials oils. We just need to know how to use them and what for.
